On November 3, 2020, Owatonna Public Schools residents will be able to vote on two school funding requests: Q1 renews an existing operating levy, Q2 reinvests in a phased-in increase to the operating levy.

Early Voting is Available!
While polls will be open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November 3rd, you can avoid lines and any health concerns by voting early.
Vote early in-person:
Steele County (for our ISD 761 residents who live in Steele County)
Steele County Auditor's Office, 630 Florence Ave, Owatonna.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (September 18-November 2) - and Saturday, October 31, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Waseca County (for our ISD 761 residents who live in Waseca County)
Waseca County Auditor-Treasurer’s Office, Waseca County Courthouse, 307 N State St, Waseca
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (September 18-November 2) - and Saturday, October 31, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Monday, November 2, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you received your absentee ballot in the mail, complete it following all instructions and mail it back so it arrives by November 3, 2020.
