Benefits

Benefits are a form of compensation paid by employers to employees over and above the amount of base salary or hourly rate of pay. Benefits are a portion of a total compensation package for employees.  ISD #761 – Owatonna Public Schools provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance; as well as flexible spending, retirement and an employee assistance program.  Each employee group contract details eligibility requirements and District contributions for benefits.
